FETCH PET INSURANCE, MAKING POSITIVE CHANGES

Change is good!  After several months of research, conversations and reviews, Willowcreek Border Collies has made a change to who we recommend for pet insurance.  There are several reasons for this:

1.We have had a few experiences in the last year with our previous carrier that raised concern.  While our rep was always responsive, the inconvenience for our families was real and it made a lasting impression (and not in a good way)

2. Our previous carrier was simply raising rates beyond any rational reason.  Parents with 1 year old, healthy puppies were being quoted over $140 a month and there was no foundation for the continues raise in prices.  Parents were canceling their insurance and that was enough to have a serious look at what we are recommending and to do our own homework.

So I set out on a mission and spoke with 3 or 4 different carriers.  Inevitably, the lure of Trupanions pay direct was the only ‘reason’ I could find for their rates being nearly 3 times of other companies.  For our parents that need to have pay direct, we will still provide our code for you to sign up.  For those that can handle paying in advance and being reimbursed, Fetch is hands down the best option out there.  I loved their responsiveness and it was instantly clear that they are committed to their service.  What we expect and what we need from our partners.

ALL parents (new and existing can signup/switch to Fetch and send a screenshot of the first month’s insurance cost/payment.  You will be reimbursed directly by Willowcreek.

Please send your paid invoice to insurance@willowcreekbordercollies.com and we will reimburse you via e-transfer for the amount paid.  Please allow 5-7 days for reimbursement.
