Callie is a Tessa/Boston pup and I couldn’t be more pleased with her temperament. This pairing has produced perhaps my best in terms of biddability, and just a solid, adaptable temperament. Tessa is my go dog, always ready to go and geared to sports, jumping and anything that will please you. Boston, is our balance. He’s loveable, cuddly and everyone who meets him falls in love with him. Together, they have produced confident, secure puppies who have thrived in obedience rally, are showing success in early Agility preparation and are thinkers. Callie is that dog. She is methodical, likes to watch and has a strong herding instinct (she has not been tested on sheep as there are none where I am). Callie does do K9 Military style training with a private trainer where she works with Malinois, German Shepherds and other working breeds. She’s young yet has confidently worked side by side with a steady temperament.
Jax is our king, he needs little introduction as he has and continues to produces beautiful dogs that showcase the best of the breed.
This is a first pairing, I expect medium to higher drive pups that will excel in sports and I would not be surprised if they are very keen on sheep. They will have strong personalities but the off switch is there and I am really looking forward to this pairing, it will continue the California lines in a positive way, allowing owners to pivot from slower paced (Rally) to faster past as both dogs posses drive and the desire to please and work.
Callie and Jax can produce Black/White, Brown/White, Blue/White and Lilac/White.
