APPLICATIONS ARE REVIEWED AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE AND WE DO RESPOND TO APPROVED FAMILIES WITHIN 24 HOURS.  PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER TO ENSURE OUR RESPONSE ISN’T MISSED.    DUE TO THE NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS WE RECIEVE, WE CAN ONLY GUARANTEE THE DEPOSIT SPOT FOR A MAXIMUM OF 48 HOURS.  IF WE DO NOT HEAR FROM YOU, WE WILL REMOVE THE APPLICATION AND MOVE ON TO THE NEXT.

IMPORTANT

Willowcreek Border Collies are committed to ethical breeding practices and to the health of all our Border Collies.

Our contracts are very clear, no puppy or dog may be rehomed without our consent.  If for any reason, your situation changes and you can no longer care for your dog, you are required to contact us, and we will either take the dog or rehome/approve the new home.  Should we ever see one of our Border Collies in a shelter or moved to an unhealthy home environment, we will proceed with legal proceedings.

Border Collies are one of the #1 dogs in rescues.  We are committed to ensuring our dogs go to loving homes who take ownership seriously and to do all we can to ensure the breed continues to grow and prosper.

DEPOSITS

Yes.  We will only accept deposits that we feel we will be able to fill on the upcoming litter.  If there are several people looking for the same dog ( e.g. A female ee Red, we will only take a maximum of 3 deposits on the litter).

If you are more flexible and have several choices, if we are able, we will take a deposit.  Deposits are accepted when we feel we can accommodate the selection in the upcoming litter.

Please remember, deposits are non-refundable.  We spend a significant amount of time and money planning and preparing for our litters and we do not breed without litters being spoken for.

Timelines

These girls are living breathing healthy dogs and we can never be 100% sure of timelines.  Timelines can and do vary and is a natural part of reproduction.

We do our very best to get you your forever pup as soon as possible but please be mindful that we do not guarantee a set time.

Colours/Genders/Requests

We encourage all parents to look at temperament above everything else, as it is the most important factor.  IF you have your heart set on a certain color or gender, you must be prepared to wait for that puppy.  There is never a guarantee on what one of our girls will produce.
